Born in 1975, A. Burak Akdemir has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University, Washington D.C. with a major in finance. Prior to joining Spot Shipping worked in mass transportation industry with the role of syndicating loan packages mainly led by international export credit agencies against Turkish Treasury guarantees. He is a senior director of Spot Shipping & Trading Limited, specialising mainly in Sale & Purchase, ship finance advisory and project chartering activities in Turkey. He also acts as Managing Partner of a sister shipmanagement company managing a bulk carrier fleet up to Panamax tonnage. Presently Board of Trustee Member at Turkish Maritime Education Foundation, Member of Shipbrokers Association – Turkiye and a member of Propeller Club, Port of Istanbul. Married, with one daughter.
Capt Ozgur Alemdag has graduated from Dokuz Eylul Maritime Faculty at 1999. After a period of seatime on various vessls he established his own company on spare parts manufacturing and sea surveys. At 2004, he decided to proceed his career as a maritime lecturer at DEU Maritime Faculty on STCW, Safety, Tanker Simulator and Industry Trainings.
Between 2009-2014, he worked at 2 leading companies as Training Superintendent, Training Center Project Coordinator. He established the training and development system and managed an Organisational Cultural Change Project.
He established MTR (maritimetrainer) and started to give third party training services to the shipping companies with a unique online assessment and competence management system till 2014. He became the leading training provider at Turkey for Maritime Companies serving up to 25 companies at the moment as a one stop shopping training service.
With all involvement on Human Resources Training and Development and a vast experience on local Shipping industry during his career, he decided to get into an interaction with a profesional international company in parellel to his ideas and luckily met Epsilon to invite them to invest at Turkey by April 2014. He is managing the Omikron Crew Management establishment together with his own company at the moment.

Since 2008, being working in Nippon Kaiji Kyokai (ClassNK) Istanbul Office as the Manager for Newbuilding Projects and Business Promotion.

He participated in the activities organized by the then National Maritime Commission. These activities resulted in the promulgation 01 Decree law No. 7 01 1998 that created the Panama Maritime Authority. He also contributed in drafting the Maritime labour Code (Decree law No. 8 01 1998). On behalf 01 the sector 01 the shipowners, he participated in discussions at the International labour Organization. He was called to work in drafting and take part in the discussions within the Executive, to promulgate Review 01 the Maritime Law (laws 55, 56 and 57, 0(2008).
Yıldız Bozkurt, with 25-year banking career consisting of corporate and commercial banking, held senior management positions at Interbank, Akbank and Abn Amro. She left Royal Bank of Scotland in 2013, where she worked as the Managing Director of Commercial and Corporate Banking Unit, then moved to the real sector.
She joined Med Marine Group as Group CFO in 2015, and is currently holding the position of Deputy General Manager.
Yıldız Bozkurt is a graduate of Bogazici University Business Administration Department. She has two master’s degrees; one is MA Banking in Marmara University and the other is MSc in International Banking and Finance in Southampton University.
Yıldız Bozkurt is a founding member of Professional Women’s Network Association Istanbul and currently undertakes the Vice President position responsible for corporate membership.
Dr Nazmi Çeşmeci a graduate of the Naval Academy, Naval Staff College and NATO Defense College. He served as a naval officer up to Destroyer Captain and Squadron Commodore, in addition to staff duties at WEU HQ in Brussels, Strategy Department and Transportation Section of Logistics Planning in National HQs. He also served as academic instructor in Naval Academy, and Strategic Researches Institute. He graduated from Ph.D. programme on Contemporary Management Studies at Işık University. (Ph.D.Thesis: Perceptions on Strategy in General and Strategic Management) Some of his articles are on the subjects of Crisis Leadership, Strategic Foresight, Piracy as a Transborder Crime, Maritime Culture. He is currently teaching “Safety and Security at Sea” at Galatasaray University and Piri Reis University and serving as Director of Maritime Higher Vocational School at Piri Reis University.
Vagelis Chatzigiannis has a MSc in Marine Policy, his dissertation focused on the regulatory regime of the ship recycling industry and the ISO certifications of recycling facilities. He coordinates the green recycling programme by working closely with ship owners in order to keep them informed about the continuous developments taking place in the regulatory regime in the ship recycling industry while promoting recycling methods that meet the highest criteria in terms of Environmental protection and the Safety of the Workforce.
Mr Chatzigiannis is working for GMS Hellas, based in Athens, where he concludes deals for various types of vessels (including offshore units), with a special focus on Green ship-recycling.
Beyza Doyduk joined DNV GL ship recycling section in 2008, while studying Master of Science in Environmental Engineering at Technical University Hamburg-Harburg. Among others my main tasks are approval and certification of IHMs and supporting shipowners and shipyards regarding management of hazardous materials. Within DNV GL, acting cooperatively with Maritime Advisory, we offer services to Ship Recycling Facilities. Combining my knowledge with my expertise in Hong Kong Convention and EU Ship Recycling Regulation requirements, I was acting as an Adviser to Turkish Delegation at the Ship Recycling Working Group at IMO MEPC meetings. Other than being speaker at some national and international meetings, I am additionally acting as a trainer for DNVGL Maritime Academy related to IHM/ship recycling.
She holds an A Class Occupational Health & Safety Expert Certificate from the Turkish Ministry of Labour and Social Security since 2014.

He is the Founder and CEO of Verifavia and Verifavia Shipping, the worldwide independent carbon emissions verification bodies for aviation and maritime transport.
Verifavia Shipping provides carbon emissions verification services that enable shipping companies to navigate the requirements of the EU Shipping Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) Regulation efficiently and effectively.
By invitation of the European Commission, Julien is an active member of the Commission’s groups of experts on EU MRV, under the European Sustainable Shipping Forum (ESSF). He is also Task Leader of the Commission's Task Force on the verification of the emissions report, responsible for drafting the relevant guidance document, and a member of the task forces on the preparation and assessment of the Monitoring Plan.
After graduating from Coventry University in the UK with BA Business Administration, majoring in Marketing, Deniz started his career as a Bunker Trader for CYE Petrol/Istanbul in 1995.
Between 1998 and 2008 he held the position of Operation and Sales Manager for the Company before being appointed as the CEO in 2009.
Deniz was the Establishing Board Member for the Turkish Bunker Association in 2001 and Vice Chairman for the Association between 2002 and 2005. He was elected as the Chairman of the Association six times (2006, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2017).
In 2013, Deniz was elected as Assembly Member of TCS (Turkish Chamber of Shipping), still active.
In TCS he is a Reserve Board Member and serving as Vice Chairman of Environment Committee.
Prof Dr Oral Erdoğan has been serving as the President of Piri Reis University as of May 2014.
He holds a BSc degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, and a MSc and PhD in Management Engineering from the Istanbul Technical University. He engaged in research studies in 1993-94 and worked as a lecturer in 1998 in the State University of West Georgia, USA. He earned the title of Associate Professor in accounting and finance in 2000, and became a Full Professor of finance in 2005.
Prof Dr Erdoğan worked as an engineer in the Turkish Maritime Organization 1990-94, becoming chief engineer; a research specialist in the Istanbul Stock Exchange 1994-2001; and an academic member of Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences between 2001-13.
Along with his academic duties, he served as the Consultant to the Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications in 2007-13, the economic advisor to the Chamber of Shipping since 2002, the economic advisor to the Kocaeli Chamber of Industry, and an advisor to the Turkish Shipbuilders’ Association since 2014. He was a board member for Turksat 2012-14, and for Aselsan 2014-16. He is currently a board member of the Turkish Wealth Fund.
Cihan Ergenç is the Chairman of ER Denizcilik AS, İstanbul, which has been in shipping since 1990. The group now owns and operates four Supramax and one Handysize bulk carriers. ER Group of Companies has also other business activities, such as coal mining and trading, and a hotel business.

Expertise in: designing and implementing systems to achieve financial discipline and improve the overall efficiency of the organization; team leading and people development skills; strong in budgets, cash forecasts, business valuations &acquisitions, internal and external audits. Titles and responsibilities have ranged from Financial Analyst/Controller to Chief Financial Officer in UK, Sweden, Canada and Turkey.
Born in Istanbul on 23rd of October 1970 Erhan was brought up in Malta where he completed his higher education, he later attended the College of Maritime Studies in Warsash UK, Erhan is the co-founder and managing director of Esko Marine Trading Ltd Co. of Istanbul and is also the Regional Manager of the Liberian Registry in Turkey providing full range of registry and corporate services to Turkish ship-owners and managers alike. He is also an active member of the Turkish Shipbuilder’s Association’s (GISBIR) Foreign Relations Committee as well as a member of the Turkish Chamber of Shipping (DTO)
Having obtained his Certificate of Competency in the UK, Erhan was the only Non British national at the time working on board the vessels of P&OCL later P&O Nedlloyd. After working 10 years at sea Erhan decided to continue his career ashore and worked in Grup Kalkara Shipping and Trading, Karahasan Group of Companies and Furtrans Shipping as Marine Superintendent, DPA and Operations Manager for a total of 14 years before starting his own business. In 2015 a fully authorized LISCR Istanbul office was opened to serve the Turkish Shipping Industry locally and Erhan manages this office in the capacity of Regional Manager.
Erhan has extensive experience in maritime operations, accident investigation, handling all types of maritime claims as well as vessel inspections and surveys. He is also an active Flag State Inspector and lead Auditor for ISM / ISPS and MLC 2006 as certified by Liberian Registry.
Graduated from Vestfold Maritime College Nautical studies in 2000 as a merchant navy Deck Officer. Started career at Unitor ASA, held various positions but mainly in the field of chemicals for on-board usage on merchant ships. Three years after Wilh Wilhelmsen acquired Unitor moved to Ulrik Qvale and Partners as Sales Manager Spares for several principals. In 2011, started working at Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems for Hamworthy and continued in the same position after Wartsila acquired Hamworthy in 2012. From 2014 to present with Clean Marine and Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems.
Admiral Cem Gurdeniz graduated from Turkish Naval Academy in 1979. As a deck officer he served in different in destroyers and frigates. He assumed the Command of guided missile frigate TCG Gaziantep in 1998 and Third Destroyer Division in 2002.
He completed his educations in Turkish Naval War College and Armed Forces College in 1989 and 2002 respectively. He holds two masters degrees from US Naval Postgraduate School and Université Libre Brussels (ULB) in personnel management and international politics.
He was promoted to the rank of Rear Admiral (lower half) in 2004 and upper half in 2008. He served as the Chief of Strategy Department and then the head of Plans and Policy Division in Turkish Naval Forces Headquarters. As his combat duties, he has served as the commander of Amphibious Ships Group and Mine Fleet between 2007 and 2009. He retired in 2012. He founded Istanbul Koç University Maritime Forum in 2015. He still serves as the Director of Maritime Forum. He is columnist in a daily newspaper on maritime issues and writer of 8 books related with maritime strategy, maritime history and maritime culture.
Mike Hasson joined Ecochlor in 2004, after 20 years of experience in water treatment related industries in both equipment manufacturing (Andritz Ruther, Schriber) and specialty chemicals (PolyPure, Vulcan, Kemira). Mr. Hasson served as an independent consultant, providing services to companies in the chemical, environmental service, and pulp and paper industries, as well as assisting companies in discovering and streamlining the interconnectedness aspects of complex processes.
Metin Kalkavan was born in Iyidere county of Rize in 1959. He graduated from the Management Department of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of Bogazici University in 1982. In 1986 he received his Master’s Degree in the field of International Maritime Shipping at the University of Plymouth in England.
He is a Member of the Executive Committee and General Manager of TURKON Holding A.S. and also Member of the Executive Committee of Sedef Shipbuilding Company. He is also Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Istanbul and Marmara, Aegean, Mediterranean, Black Sea Regions Chamber of Shipping, Member of the Board of Directors of the Baltic and International Maritime Council (BIMCO) and Member of the Board of Trustees of Turkish Maritime Education Foundation.
Şadan Kaptanoğlu, after graduating from the Philosophy Department of Istanbul University Faculty of Literature, studied shipping in London City College. She holds an MSc degree in Shipping, Finance and Trade from City University Cass Business School and she holds a PhD degree from De Montfort University.
After working as the Managing Director of H.İ Kaptanoglu Ship Management Company until January 2014, she became the chief executive officer of Kaptanoglu Shipping.
Şadan Kaptanoğlu holds a number of positions in industry’s national and international bodies: chairperson of TURMEPA and vice-president of INTERMEPA; a member of board of directors of Turkish Chamber of Shipping and Piri Reis Maritime University; a member of the executive committee of BIMCO; Chairman of Turkish Committee of Lloyd’s Register; Chairman of Turkish Committee of RINA.
She is the first winner of Seatrade awards “young person of the year” in 2008, in London.

Fotios Katsoulas joined Affinity Research LLP in June 2015 as the Shipping Data Manager/ Fleet, SnP & Newbuilding analyst. Affinity Research uses the latest technology to provide better insights more quickly and more frequently to the shipping industry and associated finance and insurance providers.
With experience in all major commercial shipping sectors, including the dry bulk, tanker, container, gas, offshore, shipbuilding and ship recycling sectors, Fotios focuses on shipping data management and developing and updating econometric models for analysing and forecasting a variety of factors affecting the shipping cycles. He has experience in advisory projects and valuations.
Prior to joining Affinity, Fotios worked for shipping consultancy firm Maritime Strategies International between 2013-2015, covering the Mobile Offshore Drilling Units and Offshore Supply Vessels sectors and updating econometric models for dry bulk carriers, containerships and oil tankers. He worked in different projects and valuations, with clients including major international shipping banks and financial providers. Fotios has been attending international shipping industry conferences and has professional experience in operational research and corporate presentations.
He holds a MSc in Shipping, Trade & Finance (2012) from Cass Business School, City University London. During his studies he gained academic experience in Shipping Finance, Marine Insurance, Shipping Law, Business Strategy and Commodities Trading.

Murat Kiran was born in 1973 in Istanbul, Turkey. The youngest son of one of the leading ship-owning families providing services to the Turkish maritime industry, Murat Kiran has always been an ambitious and a hard-working person, full of new ideas and inspirations. Following his graduate study abroad and his business achievement in Kiran Holding’s subsidiary company, he undertook various positions within the Company and was elected Chairman of TK Tuzla Shipyard.
Getting a brand-new start as President at the Turkish Shipbuilders’ Association in 2011 for the three-year term, Murat Kiran has been developing and implementing a fresh strategy to represent the Turkish shipbuilding industry nationally and internationally.
Katerina has a long time experience as shipping & logistics consultant and trainer. Apart from directing both companies she enjoys being actively involved with the courses delivered by SeaWorks Training & Consultancy (UK) and those in collaboration with the University of Athens – Kapodistriako (Greece). She is also with Lloyd’s Maritime Academy (UK) and the University of Middlesex (UK). She has collaborated in other academic posts for shipping subjects with Solent Southampton University (UK), London Metropolitan University (UK) and Colleges in Greece. She also serves as examiner for the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers in London.
She was the first woman Course Director at Lloyd’s Maritime Academy and the first woman in Greece the position of the Head of the Shipping, Transport & Logistics Department in higher education. Her extensive teaching experience has been gained at various organisations, associations, colleges and universities, lecturing on undergraduate courses in shipping, maritime business and related subjects. She has also developed shipping departments and faculties for Colleges and Universities and shipping and logistics courses.
She also has many years’ experience as an industry consultant, working on national and international projects in shipping and logistics, academic and commercial.
Her writing experience includes 23 distance learning books, papers in refereed journals and conferences. She has also served as a reviewer for Maritime Policy & Management Journal.
Katerina holds a degree in Maritime Business and Maritime Law from the University of Plymouth (UK). Prior to this she studied Business & Finance at North Hertfordshire College (UK). Her postgraduate studies include International Shipping at the University of Plymouth (UK) and Maritime Studies with International Transport at the University of Piraeus (Greece). She is currently submitted her PhD at Plymouth University.
Katerina is also a member of the Women’s International Shipping & Trading Association (WISTA), the Hellenic Association of Maritime Economists (HAME), International Maritime Lecturers’ Association (IMLA) and the Piraeus Association for Maritime Arbitration (PAMA).
Diederik Legger is a versed and practiced maritime professional. He has over 22 years of experience as a manager in the international shipping and offshore industry. Trained in Economics at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, he specialized in transport and logistics. His research into the container shipping industry, led him to work for various shipping banks in the Netherlands and abroad. Later on he worked on the ‘’owner side’’ in shipping companies such as the stock-listed Star Reefers and Orient Shipping Rotterdam. Diederik was one of the founding fathers (and CEO) of Rolldock; the Dutch heavy lift shipping company. At Marlow Navigation he is responsible for business development and international expansion.
Jan joined Marlow back in 1989, serving in various senior positions while specialising in crew management. He has also spent five years in total working in crew management at Marlow’s Hamburg and Rotterdam offices.
Now with over 35 years’ experience in the shipping industry, Jan is a leading figure in the global crewing sector. At Marlow, he focuses on all matters concerning crew and ship management at the company, business development and customer retention, as well as crew training matters throughout the Marlow network.
Jan graduated as a shipping merchant from the Bremen College for Shipping and Transportation.
Mark O'Neil is the President of Columbia Shipmanagement ltd (CSM) and future CEO of the intended merger between CSM and Marlow Navigation subject to regulatory approvals being obtained.
A lawyer by profession, Mark headed up international law firm Reed Smith LLP's German Shipping Team, and also co-lead the firm's Offshore Department. His clients included Ship Owners, Charterers, Insurers, Management Companies, Banks, Oil Companies and Offshore Contractors worldwide with a particular focus on the German, Scandinavian, Greek, Dutch, South American and Cypriot markets. Mark has been a senior Partner in Reed Smith LLP and (before that) Stephenson Harwood LLP for over 17 years.
With over 25 years' experience in shipping and offshore, Mark has hosted and/or chaired numerous seminars and conferences internationally.
Before becoming a lawyer, Mark served 5 years as an officer in the British Army, leaving the Army as a Captain in 1991."
Lars Robert Pedersen has over 30 years’ experience in the shipping industry, which combined with his insight into IMO makes him a respected authority on technical and regulatory issues.
In early 2010, Robert was appointed Deputy Secretary General of BIMCO, which is the world’s largest international shipping association providing a wide range of services to over 2,200 members globally.
Robert leads a team of experts responsible for BIMCO's technical, security and operational activities. This includes direct membership services and active involvement in regulatory developments related to ship operation at international and regional levels. BIMCO promotes fair business practices, free trade and open access to markets and advocates for the harmonisation and standardisation of all shipping related activity.
Before joining BIMCO, he had a career at A.P. Moller-Maersk handling regulatory affairs and technical management of the Maersk fleet of container ships after having spent 7 years as a seagoing officer. Robert holds an unlimited Chief Engineer’s licence.

Dr. Stephan Piazza assists on a regular basis a portfolio of international clients of ship-owners and credit institutions in all maritime law aspects such as Marine Litigation, Ship and Super Yacht Registration, Shipping Compliance and Shipping Sale, Purchase & Charterparties and Ship Finance.
Stephan graduated in Law cum laude from the Universita’ degli Studi di Messina in Italy in 2011 and obtained am LL.M. Master’s Degree in International Maritime Law at the IMO International Maritime Law Institute in 2016 where he graduated with “Distinction” following completion of a dissertation entitled “An Analytical Review of the Private Court Approved Sale of Vessel Instrument” and the submission of the Drafting Project entitled "A Subsidiary Legislation to Implement the International Code for Ships Operating in Polar Waters into the Laws of Malta”.
Stephan was admitted to the Maltese Bar in April 2013 and worked as an Advocate with a leading firm between 2012 to 2016 focusing on Civil, Commercial, Public and Shipping Law matters.
Stephan is also member of the Malta Maritime Law Association, is actively involved in drafting of articles, publications and commenting on the implementation of international conventions within international bodies such as the Comite’ Maritime International and collaborates with the University of Malta as external examiner.
Stephan joined Dingli & Dingli Law firm as an Associate in the Shipping Department in 2016 with a particular focus on Ship Litigation and Ship and Super Yacht Registration.
Beatrice is a partner in the London office and a key member of our asset finance team. She focuses mainly on ship and energy finance with over 20 years’ experience in these areas but also handles other financing work, including restructuring and aviation finance.
She has particular expertise in complex sale leaseback and export credit agency-backed financings, gained from her time in-house with the UK Export Credit Agency.
Beatrice initially joined the firm’s Hamburg office in 2005 as a consultant, and relocated to London in 2012 where she has been a partner since 2015.
She is one of the three founding partners of NSN LAW FIRM. She has been practicing mainly maritime law since 1995. She is a gradute of Istanbul University, Faculty of Law and completed her LLM in Yeditepe University in Istanbul. Her LLM thesis is “ Salvage under Turkish Commercial Code with reference 6102” and such thesis has been published as a book. Her areas of expertise in maritime law consists of marine pollutions, charter party disputes, cargo claims, salvage, collisions, fire damages and crew claims.

Capt. Orhan Semih Dincel was born in 1961. He Graduated from Istanbul Technical University Maritime College in 1982 and until 1993 he worked as an Ocean Master on state and private sector vessels.Between 1993-1997 Mr. Dincel was the general manager of the chartering department of a private maritime company which owned Turkey's largest fleet . In 1997 he started his own firm Atlas Shipping in İstanbul and continues to date.He is the Vice President of Shipbrokers' Association ( Gemi Brokerleri Dernegi Turkey) and a member of various private and voluntary associations.
Abdulvahit Simsek was born in Batman, Turkey in 1965. He received education on the subjects of Management Science, Business and Marketing in England. He is the owner of AVS Global Ship Supply, Holland-based Q Ship Management and Edmar Software. He is also a member of the Independent Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (MUSIAD), GISBIR Foreign Relations Commission and Turkish Red Crescent.
Halil graduated from Darussafaka High School in 1995 and Maritime Academy of Istanbul Technical University in 1999. He started his marine career at Zodiac Shipping. He completed his MBA degree in Risk Management and Insurance at Georgia State University in USA.
Before joining Türk P&I, he worked as a marine underwriter for local insurance companies and later spent nine years as a broker at a major Marine Broker House. His writings are published in several Marine Magazines
Ozgur Soy was born in 1970 in İstanbul. He graduated from Istanbul German High School, received a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bogazici University and an MBA from INSEAD. Mr. Ozgur Soy completed a Certificate Program in Port Management in Singapore under the Singapore Cooperation Program with the Scholarship of the Singapore Government.
Before joining Kumport in 2013, Ozgur Soy was CEO of Trenkwalder Group in Turkey and he was also a member of the Global Executive Board. During his career, Mr. Ozgur Soy took various managerial roles in Logistics and Business Development at different national and international companies like Procter & Gamble, DHL, Schneider Electric, Arcelik and Borusan Lojistik. He lectured International Logistics Management in Yeditepe University and Uludağ University and attended several seminars as a keynote speaker in Turkey, Europe and Middle East.
Besides his role as CEO of Kumport, Mr. Ozgur Soy holds board member positions in different companies and associations and is also acting as Vice President of TURKLIM (Turkish Port Operators Association).
Birol Uner was born in 1969 in Istanbul. He was graduated from Kadikoy Anadolu high school in 1991. Shipyard business was always essential part of his life. Starting from the early childhood years, he preferred attending his father’s (Mr. Ismet Uner) shipyard (Gemak) as a trainee. While the turmoil in the world economies started to diminish in the second half of 80’s, Gemak Shipyard was expanding in the ship repair and conversion business and management of a larger organisation was foreseen for the following years. Birol Uner graduated from Industrial Engineering faculty of Istanbul Technical University in 1991 and immediately after, he started his active work life as a research and development engineer at Gemak Shipyard. He implemented modern steel welding and cutting technologies at the yard. In 1993, after building Gemak’s first floating dock he promoted to commercial department and he became marketing manager in 1996. Within the same year Gemak has imported shipyard’s panamax size floating dock from Italy. Since then, Gemak Shipyard repairs more than 80 ships annually. He became shipyard manager of Gemak shipyard in 1998 and the group acquired Tuzla Gemi Shipyard in 2000. With an entry to new building segment he was governing the two yards, as Vice President, in the operational and commercial fields reporting to the president. Both shipyards became well known in the world markets in their own fields and both of them are being listed in the ISO Top 500 rank industrial companies of Turkey. He is currently in charge as group’s Chief Executive Officer and board member of Turkish Ship builders Association and board member of Istanbul Exporter’s Association Ships and Yachts Division.
